One finished, one ready to go and more to come

002

My sampler quilt is all finished.  I just I loved snuggling under it last evening while stitching the binding on.

just started And this little one is ready to be quilted.  I have a spot for it to hang in our spare room.  I got this pattern from the Moda Bake Shop, designed by Sheri.  It’s call Triple Irish Flower, only mine don’t look like flowers.  My daughters gave me a Neptune Honey Bun for my birthday, which I quickly cut up into pieces for this quilt.

They also gave me this awesome book of Lori Smith projects.  Love it!!

Schnibbles in between Schnibbles

3

I finished September’s Schnibble and have a few weeks before October’s, so I decided to stitch these sweet little Schnibbles pincushions in the mean time.  The perfect little project for a spare moment.

Special Delivery

012

Nothing brightens your day like having a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to your door.  Aren’t they absolutely gorgeous?

They came attached to this pretty wall hanging which I won in Marlene’s giveaway over at Sipiweske Quilt Designs.  She designed it herself and has even been so generous as to share the pattern with all of us.

Flowers and butterflies go very well together don’t you think?

And the Patisserie wall hanging goes especially well with my Patisserie  hexagon flowers.  So fun!
Thank you very much Marlene.  You really made my day.

I’ll be warm this winter

011
My scrappy Sylvia’s Sampler quilt is ready to be quilted.  Yeah!  I’ve been working on this quilt for three years and it’s such a good feeling to have finally come this far.  It will be finished in time for winter.

My butterfly quilt is almost ready for quilting also.  I’ve been working on it for over a year.
I’ll post it in a few days … I am motivated!

And a third one is in the works.  It looks springy…wouldn’t it be nice if I could have it done before then.
